For those of you that were unable to make it to Open House, here are a few pictures of your classroom.
32 students, 1,678 books, 10 tables, and a cheese chair make for a great classroom! It was wonderful to meet so many of you during Open House tonight. Hopefully, now that you know where you sit, who is in your class, and where your locker is you will be less nervous on the first day of school. We are going to have a great year together. I will see you on Tuesday!

A new beginning, a fresh start, a new year full of new adventures and new friends. But there are many things that will be familiar, too- the same hallways and playground, the same Wildcat Hero expectations, and the same specials with the same teachers. It is a perfect combination of new and old! I am so excited to start the new school year with you! Welcome to your classroom website. Sit back and relax. Take a moment to scroll down and read some of the things that last year's third graders learned. Check out some of the links at the top of the page to play literacy games, read some book reviews written by third graders, or to learn more about your teacher. I try to update the website often with pictures from our classroom, students' work, questions to discuss, and our learning targets. Your parents will hopefully enjoy the site, too. Make sure to bookmark it, so that you may come back to it as often as you would like. If you want, leave me a message by clicking the orange Comments. (Hey, fourth graders, this isn't for you!!!) Let me know that you have been here to visit. I would love to hear from you. See you soon! |
