Both classes are attending the Book Fair tomorrow! There are many wonderful books from which to choose. Book orders for the Scholastic Book Club are due Tuesday. I am sorry that both of these are happening at the same time. The snow days messed with sending our book orders home. March is Reading Month, so try to stock up on some wonderful, inexpensive books for your child!

Carson is definitely a wildcat super hero as he walks the halls helping others and being safe, responsible, and respectful. Thank you, Carson!
Ellie is a true hero in our classroom. She is always safe, respectful, and responsible. She looks for ways she can help others. Thanks, Ellie!
Just look at that SUPER smile! Alissa was our super hero of the week awhile ago. She is a great example of someone who is safe, responsible, and respectful.
Passing out our Valentine’s. Time to feast and open Valentine’s! ❤️ We ended our celebration doing Valentine’s Mad libs. They were hilarious! I loved hearing the kids laugh.
Students are using their Telling Frames and Sequence Frames to help write their stories about getting locked out of the cafeteria. We are finishing these up this week. I cannot wait to read them. Students were working so hard on their pieces- making sure they have detail, dialogue and description. The snow days made our work time very choppy, to say the least, but they persevered and reread their stories many times before starting writing for the day, so they remembered where they left off.
Before our snow week off, Tobey was our super hero. He presented his amazing poster and is safe, responsible, and respectful. Way to go Tobey!
