I will be presenting a program titled “Lumbering on the White River” for the White Lake Community Library’s Family Night on January 24th at 6:30pm. The program will include a lesson geared towards children ages 7 and up and will focus the process of lumbering as well as the effects it had on the environment. There will also be hands-on lumbering artifacts and images from our archives. If you could pass the attached flyer along to your students and/or their parents we would appreciated it.
